Selecting a neighborhood that is compatible with your comfort and lifestyle is the next consideration.  A variety of concerns will play into your decision about which neighborhood is right for you and your family.  You may consider:

Before house hunting, get a pre-approval.  Pre-approval occurs when ALL employment and credit is verified and approved by the lender or mortgage broker. During the pre-approval process, the potential buyer provides more detailed information in order to verify their statements.  When you find the home you want,  this pre-approval is a very powerful tool.  It tells the seller, you are able to purchase their home.  There is a difference between a pre-qualification and a pre-approval.    I can refer you to a reliable mortgage broker if you like.
